RATIONALE

The objective of this project was to help Hantz Farms Detroit create a new identity. The company’s objective was to bring urban farming into Detroit as a means of creating a holistic lifestyle for the community and at the same time revive Detroit from desolation. The main concept for this identity was to utilize a simple pattern that is humanistic and flexible for the company. By having the pattern, the form can imply different elements that reflects the company’s nature of business and also easily applicable for future applications.
