RATIONALE

For the year 2013, PC Fair has started to move in a different direction. This time, PIKOM has introduced a new mascot to represent their brand. The mood throughout the year is separated into 3 phases. With Phase 01 introducing PC Fair as a carnival, this helps prepare the audiences for a fun atmosphere. This is followed by their next phase of introducing the Green Movement of the cyberworld. Finally, in Phase 03, the mood is transformed into the festive mood whereby the mascot and the elements reflect the season of giving and receiving.
